Shipping

All orders will ship with the United States Postal Service. Standard Shipping for orders under $150 will ship for $4 within 10 business days after your order is placed, and orders over $150 will ship for $8 with delivery insurance and confirmation. You may also choose “Rush Service and Shipping” at checkout which will ship within 4 business days after ordering for $14.

Returns, Exchanges & Repairs

We guarantee the quality of our workmanship and will make repairs and return your jewelry free of charge for 6 months from purchase date. Refunds and exchanges are allowed up to 21 days after the date we ship. Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped out. Please send jewelry with instructions to repair, refund or exchange your order to the return address with a note detailing your name, address, email and phone number.

Note that there may be charges incurred if the item needs repair due to customer carelessness. You will be informed if this is the case before any work is done. Custom orders and deposits are non-refundable.
