Shipping
Each piece bought online will ship with the United States Postal Service within 12 business days after being carefully handcrafted just for you. Packages shipped within the US are usually received 1-3 days later. Standard Shipping for orders under $150 will ship for $8.50 within 12 business days after your order is placed, and orders over $150 will ship for $12.50 with delivery insurance and confirmation. You may also choose “Rush Service and Shipping” at checkout which will rush production and ship within 4 business days after ordering and includes USPS Priority Mail two-day shipping for $25.

Returns, Exchanges & Repairs
We guarantee the quality of our workmanship. Returns are allowed up to 21 days after the date we ship. Exchanges are allowed up to 30 days after we ship. We will make repairs free of charge and also return your jewelry to you for 6 months from purchase date. For returns, exchanges and repairs, please send the jewelry with a note detailing your name, address, email, phone number and instructions to repair, refund or exchange your order to: PO Box 2028, Broomfield, CO 80038. Custom orders and deposits are non-refundable.
