     
Lessons
Nina’s Jewelry offers customized private and semi-private lessons for those new to jewelry making, as well as to those looking to learn new skills. This is a great place for artists who want to perfect their work, and to learn how to build and finish jewelry on a profession level. Beginners will start by learning all the basics and to saw, file, sand, and connect findings to make necklaces and earrings. More advanced students may solder to make rings, bracelets and set stone pendants and then move on to setting facted stones and more complex constructions!
Jewelry classes start at $45/ hour for one to two students and package deals are available. For scheduling and pricing please contact Nina via email; Nina@NinasJewelry.com, or by phone; 720-352-8064. A deposit of one hour of class time must be received no later than week prior to your class to reserve your time. Class times are estimated and may vary depending on your speed and the difficulty level of the project you’ve chosen. Payment in full is due the day of your class when you will be credited your deposit. Materials are purchased separately and available at the studio.

Jewelry 101
Make a necklace or earrings in sterling silver. You will learn to saw, file, drill and connect the findings to create your final piece. Simple designs are provided, but your creativity is encouraged. (2-3 hours)
 Wedding Ring Class
Take this unique opportunity to make your own wedding rings! Our private jewelry workshop assists you in creating your own custom wedding bands from start to finish under professional guidance. Making the rings with your own hands will give them special meaning and importance while you enjoy learning the process of metalsmithing. Plan ahead to have plenty of time to finish your rings! (4-8 hours)
Children’s Classes
Younger students may opt for the one hour beginners’ class to learn to string beads and connect findings to make a necklace and earrings. Students in middle school or older may start with some simple metal work such as hammering links or pendants, filing and sanding. (1-3 hours)
 Stone-Setting Class
Choose from a variety of cabochon stones, and design the setting for your stone. We will solder a bezel for the setting, and design around it for your final piece. You can customize the entire project into a bracelet, ring, pendant or earrings! (3-5 hours)
Rejuvenate Your
Jewelry Class
Bring in some of your old jewelry to take apart and turn into modern handmade pieces! (2-4 hours)
 Ring-Making Class
Learn to form a wire into a ring band and to solder it yourself! You will also file, saw, sand and finish this piece. (2-4 hours)
Children’s Jewelry CampTake some time for yourself while your kids enjoy a day of fun at Nina’s Jewelry. There will be 2-3 hours of jewelry making, lunch (included), free time outside at the park and pool weather permitting or inside play in the basement includes foosball and board games. (8 hours)
